VOW Launches VOWStream with Multilocal Curated CTV Supply

March 17, 2026

Media company VOW has announced the launch of VOWStream, a new self-serve platform designed to give advertisers direct and transparent access to premium Connected TV inventory, including Prime Video, with pricing from £33 CPM for 30-second ads.

Built on top of the Amazon DSP, the platform enables advertisers to activate campaigns across leading streaming environments including Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and Discovery, with greater transparency, control and speed than traditional managed-service models.

Multilocal supports the launch through its curated global CTV supply, helping enable transparent access to premium streaming inventory. Through Multilocal’s CTV supply layer - powered by our curation intelligence engine cureon® -  VOWStream gives advertisers access to premium global streaming inventory while maintaining quality, pricing efficiency and greater control across streaming environments.

The platform is also supported by ActiveVoice - enabling agencies to research, plan, activate and measure addressable TV campaigns from within a single environment – and Say It Now – a voice partner enabling voice engagement for CTV via Alexa, Alexa+ and Gemini.

With CTV ad spend projected to grow strongly through 2028, VOWStream aims to remove the structural barriers that have historically limited access to premium streaming inventory, including high minimum commitments and limited pricing transparency.

Together, VOW, Multilocal, ActiveVoice and Say It Now are enabling premium CTV buying around transparency, accessibility and smarter infrastructure.
